leaflet, creatively folded

Graphic design history

Here the brief was to make a creatively folded leaflet with a timeline, for a pop-up exhibition to the Graphic Design Department at Noroff in Bergen. A souvenir for visitors to bring home.

The styles I needed to include were between 1950-1980. Swiss style, pop art, psychedelic, and new wave/punk style.

As you can see, I chose to work with a famous art piece in all eras, Mona Lisa, to get continuation throughout the leaflet.

I have also chosen a colorful palette to get people to notice the leaflet and make it stand out. Chosen fonts are to match each style.

I got some feedback about the main copy background and chose to add a double black line around the edges.

Below you will see a video on how the fold works, the video is without the double black line, it was created before the changes.
