Rebranding

The client feels their current logo is not memorable and unique enough. They want to convey the atmosphere and feeling of the business in a better way through a strategic brand system.

Their unique business proposal is that they specifically focus on rare, collectable second-hand books. It can be seen as a luxury, high-end product that attracts customers from around the world.

I wanted to capture the luxury feeling of the brand and decided to create a continous line drawing icon for the logo. The idea is from the old monocles, to get a feeling of the rare second hand product.

The colors are inspired from the famous pattern by William Morris from the Victorian Britain in the 19th century.

What has been created is: A new brand identity, vehicle branding, packaging, concept for custom gift packaging for books and a brand stye guide.
